The Paneltec Deep Profile Roof (DPR) Rollforming machine produces a 5 Rib profile sheet which is utilized to produce a Roofing Panel. The unit which is located at the start of the line includes a Steel Coil decoiler, sheet guides and sheet cut off unit.

The steel sheet which is uncoiled directly from the coil, enters the 19 station Rollformer and as it passes through the machine the 5 rib profile which is 38mm high is thus formed in the steel.

The profiled sheet then exits the machine where it passes through the Crown Insert Machine (optional extra) this machine applies adhesive directly into the Crown Profile Ribs. Pre cut trapezoidal insulation strips can then be placed into the Ribs. This process ensures the Roof Panel is fully bonded.
